Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)

The Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a school plan that supports student success and learning outcomes. It’s similar to an annual to-do list exclusive to each school site that shows what the site will do to help their students succeed and how they will spend their money to support those efforts during the school year.

What does the SPSA do?

  1. Focused on Student Progress – The SPSA is all about making sure students have the resources and support they need to do well in school.

  2. Based on Data – Each school looks at test scores, attendance, and other information to see what students need most.

  3. Supports All Students – The plan includes strategies to help struggling students catch up and ensure all students get a high-quality education.

  4. Community Input Matters – Parents, teachers, and staff work together to help shape the plan.

  5. Money with a Purpose – The plan shows how funding (especially state and federal money) will be used for things like tutoring, new learning materials, or extra support programs.
